Better Decisions Begin Before the Drawings
FieldMark was created to make residential planning and design easier for property owners to understand and manage.
A home project can involve zoning rules, setbacks, existing conditions, building requirements, consultants, permit reviews, contractor questions, and dozens of decisions that affect cost and timing.
FieldMark brings those pieces together early. We research the property, identify likely constraints, develop practical plans, and help organize the project through the permit process.
The goal is not to make the process sound more complicated. There are already enough people doing that. The goal is to give clients useful information, direct guidance, and a clear path toward an approvable and buildable project.
Founder
Tony Moll
FieldMark is led by Sonoma native Tony Moll, a business owner, residential project planner, and construction consultant.
Tony works with homeowners to understand their property, define the project, develop residential plans, and navigate the steps required to reach permit approval.
His experience includes residential planning, plan development, construction coordination, property research, project leadership, and working with local agencies and consultants. He brings an owner’s perspective to each project, with close attention to cost, communication, responsibility, and practical execution.
Before building businesses in Sonoma, Tony played seven seasons in the National Football League. That experience shaped the way he approaches projects today. Preparation matters. Communication matters. Every person involved needs to understand the plan and their responsibility within it.
Tony remains active in the Sonoma community as a local business owner, volunteer firefighter, youth sports coach, and community volunteer. FieldMark reflects that local connection and a direct commitment to helping clients make sound decisions about their homes and properties.
